1. Digital product delivery
All products sold on www.girlsgonebusiness.com are digital products (such as templates and courses). No physical items are shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a download or access link to your digital product.
This usually happens immediately after completing your purchase.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact me at support@girlsgonebusiness.com, and I will ensure you receive access as soon as possible.
2. Access and availability
You receive lifetime access to the digital product you purchase.
You may duplicate or download the product for personal use in accordance with the terms of use provided at the time of purchase.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you have access to your Notion account or any other platform required to open and use the product.
3. Delivery issues
If there is any issue with your delivery (for example, the link does not work or you cannot access the file), please reach out to support@girlsgonebusiness.com.
I will respond within one to two days to resolve the problem.
4. Refunds and returns
Because my products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, I do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
