Refund Policy

1.Overview

All products sold through www.girlsgonebusiness.com are digital products, such as templates and online courses. Because these products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase, I generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness and protect my digital work while remaining in full compliance with Dutch and EU consumer law.

2. Digital content and withdrawal rights (EU customers)

Under EU law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital products once the download or access link has been delivered, if you have given explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you waive your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Consent to immediate access to the digital product, and

  • Agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the product has been made available to you.

This means that after you receive your download or access link, the sale becomes final and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions to the no-refund policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product as intended, please contact me at support@girlsgonebusiness.com within 7 days of purchase.

I will first attempt to repair or replace the product. If that is not possible, I may issue a refund.

Refunds are considered only in the following situations:

  • The product file or link is defective or inaccessible and cannot be repaired.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • The wrong product was delivered due to a technical issue.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Personal dissatisfaction with the content, design, or results of using the product.

  • Lack of understanding or misuse of the product.

  • Failure to download or access the product within a certain time (if the link was valid).

Since access is granted instantly upon payment, I am unable to revoke digital delivery or verify non-use, which is why these cases are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method within 7 days of confirmation.

All refund requests must be sent by email to support@girlsgonebusiness.com with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
